| | 职位简介:Job Description-Responsible for leading a Asia team to perform project each phase execution-Ensure project is delivered on schedule, on budget, and on estimated effort with high quality.-Ensure project progress is reported timely to senior management and business teams.-As a regional team leader, responsible for team performance, people development, and providing coach to team members.-Manage the COE team member in Asia and assign proper resources to the project.Experience Required5+ years technical experience performing full life cycle software development and 5+ Years experience in IT Program/projectmanagement. 3+ years in people management with team size 10+ team members.Degree Level RequiredComputer Science or related major, At least Bachelor degree, Master degree is preferred.Qualifications-An expert understanding of software development life cycle with strong practices of project management. Familiar with CMMSoftware Maturity Model.-Have solid enterprise application development experience, familiar with project management methodology and process. Strongproject/program management experience.-Strong technical background in ASP, Java, J2EE, EJB, JDBC, Oracle/SQL Server, Weblogic, Data Warehouse, having experience inOOA/OOD, and DB design patterns. Large non-manufacturing software project development / implementation experience is preferred.-Nice to have global IT project implementation experience in Sales, CRM areas.-Nice to have Oracle ERP (OE, INV, PO module) experience.-Fluent oral and written English is also required.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability, good people management and teammotivation skills. Ability to organize and keep team members focused on critical objectives. Demonstrated strong influencingand negotiating skills.-Strong Risk Management & problem solving disciplines. Good at strategic thinking and planning, with aggressive and proactiveworking attitude , and willing to take challenges-Black Belt / Green Belt or PMP certification is preferred. |
